The support page routes you to help for installation, capture failures, export, account access, billing, privacy questions, Firefox, Chrome, and direct contact.

How to reach us

The fastest way to get help is to contact support with a clear description of the problem and the page or capture involved. We read every message and reply directly.

Installing the extension

Captorify installs from the Chrome Web Store and works in Chromium browsers such as Chrome and Edge. After installing, pin the toolbar icon so the capture button is always within reach.

If a capture shortcut does not respond, check the browser's extension shortcut settings, since some browsers leave shortcuts unassigned by default.

Captures that look wrong

If part of a long page is missing, the page likely exceeded the height cap and Captorify showed a truncation warning with the captured height versus the total. Capture the page in sections and combine them.

Blank images usually come from media that loads only as you scroll. Scroll the page fully before capturing so lazy-loaded images are present, then capture again.

Exporting and sharing

You can export any capture as PNG, JPG, or PDF on the free tier, and PDF paginates long captures into A4 pages. The optional URL and timestamp overlay on PDF is a Pro feature.

Secure share links, with optional passwords and expiry, are part of the paid plans. If a share link stops opening, check whether it expired or was revoked, since those cannot be reactivated.

Account and billing

All Captorify accounts sign in by magic link, so check your inbox for the sign-in email if you cannot get in. Billing is handled through Stripe, and you can manage or cancel a subscription from the Stripe customer portal.

For refunds within the first 14 days of a paid period, or any billing question, contact support and we will sort it out.

Privacy and data requests

Free captures stay on your device and never reach Captorify. For Pro and Team, our privacy page explains exactly what we store, how long we keep it, and how cloud captures are encrypted at rest.

To export, correct, or delete your data, use the privacy contact on the privacy page and we will action the request.
