REDACTION
The paid editor suggests sensitive areas in a synced capture. Review the suggestions, cover anything missed with opaque blackout, and check the exported image.
SHARE LINKS
Share a synced screenshot with an optional password and expiration date. Revoke the link when access is no longer needed. Recipients can still save copies.
EVIDENCE
The source URL and a UTC timestamp can be added to PDF exports, so readers can identify the recorded page and capture time. A screenshot alone does not prove authenticity.
TEAM
The Team plan replaces personal storage with a pooled allowance, gives every member a role, and keeps everyone on the same screenshot library.
How privacy works
Free capture and image tools run locally. Paid sync stores captures online, where sharing settings control access.
The extension has no telemetry, analytics or crash reporting. Connected accounts contact Captorify for sign-in, account status and enabled cloud features.
Share links support optional passwords, expiry and revocation. Anyone who receives the link can use it subject to its saved controls, and recipients can keep copies.
Opaque blackout overwrites the covered pixels in the export. Inspect the saved file for missed details; blur and pixelation can leave clues.
Synced captures are stored in the EU and encrypted at rest. Captorify holds the encryption keys; storage is not end-to-end encrypted. We do not use your captures to train AI.
